My Story
It took me a few years to learn exactly what types of nutrients my body craved…and hated…I went from feeling terrible and sluggish for years, to feeling the best I have ever felt and more motivated than ever to help others discover feeling their best too.
I help busy women learn how to feel great from within and develop long term positive habits to help them achieve their goals!
I’m a recovering corporate boss babe, aspiring fitness and holistic wellness guru, resident chef at home, expert planner, and most importantly a dreamer.
That’s right, I dream big!
I had an awakening of sorts when the intense stress of my corporate job caused me to develop anxiety induced digestive issues.
Being diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (or IBS for short) in more ways than one changed my life. I know I can relate to some of you out there. It led me to where I am today, who I am today, and who I want to be in the future.
Something I always struggled with particularly during my digestive healing journey was feeling alone.
I always wondered:
- Why was this happening to me?
- Everyone else seems to be enjoying life, why am I suffering?
- Are there more people out there like me?
- How do I connect with people like me if they are out there?
- What’s next???
With all these questions swirling in my head and not sure where to turn to for a community…
I decided to create that community I desired.
