In 2021, I had to make a change. I was feeling terrible and sick to my stomach every day. Little did I know that consistent and prolonged stress and anxiety was LITERALLY impacting my body’s ability to function and digest.
After a year of countless appointments and therapy, I finally started. to feel like myself. I had made major lifestyle changes such as cutting out gluten and dairy as well as dramatically reducing sugar intake. And I had learned how to manage high stress and anxiety. Feeling better than I ever have before, I knew there had to be more people like me out there! I wanted to help create change. So here I am…
